Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy we attempt to email, text, and/or call you 2 business days prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that is your responsibility to remember your appointment to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.
We kindly ask that you give us more that 24 hours notice when you cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointment and cancellations leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled and ultimately affect our revenue. If for any reason you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up to your appointment you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee.
