What inspired her to persue a career in cosmetology? As a young girl I was always the one to be doing the hair and makeup for my friends and family. It was always something that was a great artistic outlet as much as it was rewarding to make people feel good about themseleves. As much as I loved doing hair and makeup I never considered it as a career. I had my heart set on being a doctor because I knew I'd be making people feel better as well as making them look before even if it was putting a smile on there face. Not until I graduated highschool and started looking at colleges was I second guessing that path. I sat down and wrote on a scrape piece of paper what I am good at and what I enjoy and it hit me. I signed up for cosmetology school, my future career, that week. It was the best thing that has ever happened to me and from that day on I've woke wanting to go to work and looking forward to making people feel amazing!
