What inspired him to pursue a career in cosmetology? My mom, sister, and cousin all went to cosmetology school, so it wasn't unfamiliar to me. I always enjoyed watching them styling hair, never realizing that I would one day do the same thing. I originally thought I wanted to teach; then, I realized that this career path would allow me the opportunity to teach and be creative at the same time, which made me fall in love with the cosmetology industry.
