Edcuation: Cut and Know Why, Everything's Included, and Cutting Over The Top all at the Redken Exchange in NYC. She has also taken Specialty Cutting with Sam Villa, Speciality Hairdressing with Brent Borreson, and became a Certified Redken Colorist in 2011.

Why did she become a cosmetologist?

Courtney was inspired to do hair all through high school while messing with all of her friends hair and has always been interested in art. Hair became her "medium" (especially color) and she decided to follow her dreams to become a hairstylist.

In 2004  Courtney was awarded Nashville Scenes "Best Hip Haircut" award.

In 2012 she became a Redken Artist

Celebrity styles she admires: Christina Hendricks, Zooey Deschanel, Emma Stone, and Ginnifer Goodwin. 

"I love doing hair and I love teaching others about hair, whether it is the guest in my chair, my associate working beside me, or the students in my classes. I also thrive on learning from those around me."
